Lucky Bitch Money Mindset

If you’re anything like me, you’ve got a big money goal for this year.

Lots of women have big blocks and fears around money or they feel like they’ve hit an income limit. Maybe you think your biggest income month was a fluke or you’re frustrated about raising your prices.

I want to introduce my friend and mentor, Denise Duffield-Thomas. She’s a mindset coach and the author of the awesome book, Get Rich, Lucky Bitch.

She also has a special free resource – a 30 minute money audio class where she takes you through 7 common blocks (like bartering or undercharging) and helps you clear it right then with scripts of exactly what to say and do.

Get immediate access here  (it’s free):

She also has an amazing Money Bootcamp (which I highly recommend) – it’s a MUST-DO resource for all female entrepreneurs who want to be successful.

If you know that this is your year to finally get over your money “stuff”, you should check it out. Denise is the real deal.

Investing in your education & learning.

To make the necessary changes in your life – we have to make changes to ourselves. No one is perfect and no one has it all.       This can be a very exciting time as you discover things about yourself,  explore new skills, and learn new things.  There is no such thing as failure – only learnings – so go for it and explore.    I am about to embark on a TRAVEL WRITING & PHOTOGRAPHY online course through Australian Colleges.  This is a new challenge for me and something I am excited to begin.   I love learning new things.

Maybe it is a whole new career change – there are so many possibilities,  and can certainly be mobile if you choose too-  i.e. – you could learn  reflexology and participate at local markets, great sideline income and perfect if you are travelling to different areas.    Consider enrolling in some short courses at your local TAFE to see if it is for you,  It  is a great way to try it out, before you commit to a year long course and invest a lot of money.

Another great site I have purchased a few courses from is  Udemy – have a look here to   Discover Udemy’s featured courses!  – they have over 30,000 courses and free as well as paid ones.   So something for everyone.

Five powerful steps to powerful personal development

Believe in yourself.
Become inspired by other positive influences for a minimum of 15 minutes per day.
Keep a motivational book at your bedside – read one chapter a day.
Turn of the radio in your car and plug in a positive CD or Podcast on your phone.
Practice what you learn.

What it takes. – by Jack Canfield

To achieve your dreams, you’ll have to overcome obstacles and conquer fear, self-doubt, and worry. You’ll have to undo negative childhood programming … and contend with criticism, nay-saying and perhaps even sabotage from others.

You may contend with financial pressures or even bankruptcy. You may face legal challenges. You may be blindsided by illness or tragedy.

The deciding factor in whether you give up or succeed in the face of these challenges is the level of your determination.

Average people have a limit to how much they want to commit to achieving their goals. When the journey becomes too hard, they give up their dreams and settle for a smaller level of success than they deserve.

High achievers are relentless. They are determined to succeed, no matter what it takes.

Powerful message here on how we talk to ourselves – I found this and wanted to share it. A lot of people, myself included too often listen to that little voice . Enjoy and until next time

Use Empowering Words When You Talk to Yourself
(whether you are speaking out loud or silently)

How do you talk to yourself?

Do you use the words “can’t”, “won’t”, “don’t need to”, “why try”?
Many people do.

Do you find that what you say to yourself turns out to be true?

Why is this?

You see your brain is like a computer that you feed each day. It doesn’t know always know what’s real or not unless you tell it.

Words can be empowering.

I can
I love to
I want to
I will
I must
I am

We can reach a new level of living, if we feed ourselves empowering words and practice saying them until they become a habit.

And I also know that it’s worth it.

Try it for a week.

Catch yourself saying, “I can’t”, when you don’t really mean it and instead try, “I can”, and see how you think and feel about yourself.

Remember, the words you use to empower yourself will have a lasting effect, only if you practice them and they become a habit (an acquired behaviour pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary).

They say it takes at least 28 days to develop a habit. After a week, you will see that it becomes easier. It’s a mindset and you can control your thoughts. Be proactive and not reactive – give yourself some good words.

Dream big and empower yourself! Believe you can and you will.
